I've run 4 10k races. 2 were in college about 8 or 9 years ago and I ran around 54 minutes for each. The last two I don't know how fast I ran.
I used to run 10 miles loops once a week in college and 2 years ago I started training for a half marathon.
At my best, I would run between 15 and 20 miles a week.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to complete a half marathon and a full marathon.
I would like to be able to run a 7 minute mile.
Personal:
I'm newly married and I work in a Title I middle school in South Texas. We just bought a foreclosure and are fixing it up, I have a new puppy, I volunteer and I am very involved in my church. My struggle will be to try to consistently make time for trainingt and yet act responsibly in the other areas of my life.
